Sunday Morning Banana Bread

Banana Bread
3 mashed ripe bananas
3/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup of butter
1 tablespoon of flax seed
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
2 cups of flour
3/4 cup of chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of baking soda

In a mixing bowl combine wet ingredients then slowly add flour, chips, walnuts, flax seed.
Pour mixture into a grease.d bread pan, and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or
until done in the middle. Allow to cool before slicing.

Oh, are you going to Italy, you're so lucky! Have never been, would love to. I will go to U.S for the first time in my life, to Boston for six days in October. I'm so excited, I can't believe it. (I work with e-learning and it's a study trip there) I need a new passport, quick.
