Back to School

I know I know school has been back in session for two weeks, but I wanted to do a little photo shoot with the girls as they are growing so fast and learning so much!  The first week of school was pretty ruff as we were learning how to do homework in a foreign language and school schedules.  Except for Ivy school starts at a different times each day depending on if there is an early morning class or not. Some days they start at 7:40 a.m. and others 8:10 a.m. and they finish at 12:10 except for Ivy who goes till 3 p.m. Also, Roman stays till 2:45 p.m. three days a week which gives him time to do clubs.  In clubs he will start his homework, eat lunch, and do one of three clubs which are theater, break dance, or floorball.  Addy is super good at math and Avery is just starting to read.  I can't wait till she takes off and can read a book on her own. She is going to love it because she really enjoys looking at the pictures.  I can see finding her with her nose in a book in the future.  Love this gang of mine!

Your young girls always look so happy and cheerful. Maybe they won't go through the sulky teenage years.

Happy adventures to you all in the new school year!!
Blessings and love!
I agree with the previous comments in saying that you have such lovely and photogenic daughters and it looks as if each has her own personality and style. Thanks, Kelleyn, for sharing what must have been a fun photo shoot with apples to eat as well

That's a wild schedule and must be hard on you. They seem as if they're thriving though. Love the William Tell shot. I remember going to school from 7 to 3 every weekday for eight years and I think my mother was pretty lucky that we did.

Lovely photos! That tower in the background reminds me of the one in Seattle. And starting school at 7:45 is much too early. We struggled with that one!
