"Be sure you put your feet in the right place, then stand firm," Abraham Lincoln. Abraham Lincoln has to be one of the most important presidents in American history, He brought the north and south together and abolished slavery. If I were to take a guess, I would say the majority of people do not know he was from Kentucky. I sure didn't! I always thought he was from Illinois, On our way home from Indianapolis we stopped at his birth home. Roman has so much fun completlng the junior ranger program provided by the United States Park Service. While the cabin above it not the original cabin, it is a replica of a cabin he would have lived in.
We can't wait to go back to Kentucky! There is so much we want to see that we didn't have time for last weekend. This week has been a crazy one as Roman has had three play dates with his friends Jacob, Bryson, and Trent. The big boys and I went to see The Million Dollar Arm. Winston cashed in on his birthday present and we went to Andretti for a couple of hours. My mom and I went to see Maleficent. I am pretty sure just about every day was spent by the pool, and Harris is scuba diving in Alabama working towards his master diving certification. How about you? What did you do this past week?
