Cheddar Meatloaf

Cheddar Meatloaf
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tsp. salt
1 lb ground beef or turkey
(I use a 1 1/2 lb)
topping
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Beat egg and milk-stir in cheese, oats, and salt
add meat and mix well, put in greased pan
combine: ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and
spoon over the top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15min.
Enjoy!
Serve with yummy mashpotatoes and your favorite veggie.
