Orange "Cornerview"

Happy Orange

Fall isn't quite here yet. The trees are starting to get touches of yellow to them and some of the maples are starting to change, but no pile of leaves here in the south. The last couple of weeks have been busy since we came home from Italy. Filled with Karate, Basketball, German School, regular school and all its homework along with parent-teacher conferences, dentist appointments, and doctor appointments. Thankfully, the temperatures have started to cool and I can run from one activity to the next without being soaked with sweat. We also moved Harris into his own room. He is so happy and so is his brother Winston. It was time. The boys have different sleeping patterns and it was getting hard to navigate around these. Harris can now sleep in. Each can listen to their own type of music and have a space to do their homework. It is a little bittersweet because I really wanted them to share until the moved out, but I think this will be better for everyone now. Saturday after German school we made our annual trek up to Burt's Pumpkin Patch. This year the air was filled with the smell of pumpkin bread and pumpkin pies. It was intoxicating. We ended our trip with apple cider and handheld apple pies. To see more Corner Views around the world visit Jane at Spain Daily.

Oh I do miss those wonderful pumpkin patch farms in the US. We had such great times choosing the biggest pumpkins, but I love the while ones too. Great photos. Sounds and looks like life has been busy and fun.

classic orange - love it! I wish we had big pumpkin patches here like in the States! They're just not as common, and never as much 'fun'. =P

Perfect. I do miss that here. We can buy them at our store on the military post, just like home, but there are not patches to explore.

Enjoy.
