Disney Studios Paris
As if one day at Disney wasn't enough, I got bamboozled into two days at Disney in Paris. On day two, we went to Disney Studios. Disney Studios is semi-equivalent to MGM Studios in Florida. I say 'semi' because it doesn't have nearly the same number of rides. While the ticket prices are lower in Paris, they upcharge you for all the shows that are included in the price of your ticket in Florida, so Florida ends up being cheaper than Paris. It also had reduced hours in comparison to the original park. The children had fun nevertheless. Disney Studios has a couple of rides that are unique and not offered in Florida. One is the Ratatouille ride, another is the Crash 'n' Burn, and I forget the name of the third ride, but it's like a giant Hot Wheels track, and you're in a car that goes through the loop. One cool thing about Disney Studios is that they have an area featuring food from various regions of France, which is pretty cool. Another thing that Disney Studios doesn't have is character signings or parades. The girls still had fun, and none of the differences mattered to them.
We started our day at the bakery again before heading into the park, where we grabbed bread, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and eclairs for the girls. So so good! We ended our day with some shopping. Avery chose a necklace, Ivy didn't want anything, I chose a sweatshirt, and Addy chose a Star Wars guy that sits on your shoulder. His name is Grut or something like that. Then we booked a trip to the city to see the Eiffel Tower at night. Buffi and Kathryn stayed behind as Kathryn wanted to watch the fireworks show again. Stay tuned for pictures of Paris at night.
