Bright "Corner View"

Yesterday as the children were about to get out of school, the sirens blew and we all knew that it meant tornado warning. The sky grew dark and the trees swayed.  Thankfully, no damage was caused though I am sure a few drivers were shocked by the hail covered streets.  The children were delayed in coming home by a 1/2 hour, but we are so grateful everyone was OK   In contrast today the sun was shining as bright as can be!  It was a gorgeous spring day here in Atlanta.  Avery and I headed to the zoo with her new friend who just arrived from China less than 2 months ago.  Her mommy and I became friends as we walked the process of adoption.  Miss S is just adorable!  We are so happy she now has a forever family.  Can't wait to have many more play dates with you miss and your mommy!

So cute! They look like the best of friends. Glad you were safe from the tornado. Here we had a brief tsunami warning early in the week, but everything was fine. Happy sunny week to you!♡

We don't really have tornadoes here in New England but we sure did have a winter this year!
