Potato with "Corner view"

Potato chips with a tuna fish sandwich is the best, and not just on the side but right on top of my tuna!  It brings me back to my childhood and summer time in Massachusetts.  Hot sticky days and going to the beach.  Now, I bet some of you are saying gross, but you should try it because it is not just for children.  Someone else must like the combination because in 2010 when I went to Rome I went to a fancy restaurant that had a seafood trio appetizer platter and one of the pieces of fish was set on top of a homemade potato chip.  It was heavenly!    Tuna is my second favorite go to sandwich after the BLT.  Have you ever tried tuna with chunks of apples in it or tuna with capers and a little Dijon mustard.  Yum!  Of course I like it with pickles and celery but not together.

Well, it is sunny outside.  I am out of here.  Oh, if you are a praying sort of person I could use your prayers because we are waiting for some documents to come back and they are taking their sweet time.  I am waiting for these papers, so I can send all our paperwork over to China.  We are close to getting matched.  Matched meaning they will show us who our daughter will be!  Thanks for your help!  Have a great day!

Sounds delish - I´ll put it on my list of things to try the next time I go to the States. :-)

I know someone who puts something crunchy like potato chips or saltine crackers in every sandwich!
Hope all goes well with China.

Doesn't sound too bad! My mom likes "chip" sandwiches - French fries in between two buttered pieces of bread.

Brings back memories, I used to love potato chips on any sandwich, haven`t done it in years though, in Japan it might be with rice!! Your photo looks delicious, and I must make sure my daughter knows this tradition!! Thanks for the reminder.
Prayers for that all will go smoothly for your daughters arrival!!
