Schwetzingen

Yesterday while the big boys went off to a professional soccer game, Addy, Roman, and I took off on our own adventure to a neighboring city called Schweztigen.  Gotta love the public transportation in Europe.  You can get just about anywhere you want in Europe and only have to walk a short distance to either a bus stop, a tram, or train.  The bus leaves right outside our apartment, so it makes it pretty easy to get anywhere we want.  I discovered this Schloss in my goggle attempts to find something else.  A pretty happy find.  The gardens are gorgeous.  I skipped the inside because Addy was starting to loose it and with the looming clouds in the sky I was afraid we were going to get trapped in a rainstorm.  On our walk to the bus station we passed a little city festival.  Roman scored a cotton candy and I scored a steak broetchen ( a piece of steak grilled and placed on bread roll)  Why is it such simple things bring so much joy!

Ah, sounds wonderful! I haven't traveled anywhere for a long time, and reading that I feel it's about time to. But we will, in July!
