Color Run


At the beginning of the year, I set a goal for myself to complete a 5k run and when I saw the advertisements for the Color Run I knew that was the race for me.  What is the Color Run?  It is a 5 k race where they throw color chalk at you at vatious checkpoints along the way.  It was so much fun!  I even finished faster than I normally do!  Yahoo!

Yeah for setting and accomplishing one of your goals! My 12 year old ran this race last year and totally loved it. She ran with her friend Annie and Annie's 3 sisters, their group name was "Sisterical". She still has her now rainbow colored shorts and tank. Races like this make exercise lots of fun.
