conner view "doors"
p.s. this door isn't my front door, but isn't the wood lovely?
Have you opened your door to your family history? While I haven't had a ton of time to do my family geneology, I have had the opportunity to do some research on where my family comes from. The picture in the background of the second photo is a picture of my late grandmother. She was lovely. She was always put together with her hair coifed weekly at the salon, and pearls around her neck. Her grandparents came from Ireland via England. They were the Morris clan. I know they came from around the Dublin area. Someday when I have a little more time I would like to do a little more research, and find out more about them. To know where you are going, I think it is important to understand where you come from. Tomorrow, I am going to open the door of my husbands heart with a piece of that lovely cake. It is a Chocolate Guinness Cake with chocolate cream cheese frosting and raspberries. I changed the recipe just a little bit by adding a 1/8 cup of coco powder to the frosting mixture. Do you do that-change recipes? If you would like to see more on Irish doors you can go here, or if you would like to see more doors around the world visit Jane at Spain Daily. Happy St. Patricks Day!
