November This and That

Thanksgiving week started with a visit to the movies to see Wicked with some of the amazing women I go to church with. The movie is different from the play. I just realized it was a two-part movie, with the second coming out next Christmas. It was excellent.

We took the missionaries out to dinner because I didn't have time to cook them dinner, as we had piano lessons beforehand. They enjoyed going to Culvers!

The evening skies were beautiful this past week.

Christmas treat-making has begun.

I watched Home Alone with the girls!

I am on week two of my anti-inflammatory diet and am already starting to feel much better.

We are staying home this Thanksgiving break. It feels good not to be traveling this holiday season. Ivy spent one evening building Santa and his reindeer with Legos!

Well, I need to run! We need to go to the store and pick up the bibs for the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot. The girls are excited to race. Have a lovely Thanksgiving!
