Karate Kids

A year ago the girls said they wanted to do Karate, and I kind of dismissed the idea because we had so many other things on our plate.  I thought the girls would drop the idea and move onto something else, but they didn't and so this January I took them to a trial session.  The girls loved it and so we signed them up!  Shortly after I noticed a few things, they loved it, they are becoming better listeners, and they were showing more respect to their father and me.  Now, they are complete angels, but I am glad we have found something they enjoy!  Look!  They now have their yellow belts!
p.s. Sorry for the bad photos I only have the Iphone6 and the quality isn't that great!

Dearest Kelleyn,
Guess it taught your kids about perseverence, discipline and respect.
Aside from being it a great idea to be able to self defending them in this crazy world.
Hugs,
Mariette

A discipline is a good thing to learn, even if it has the reputation of being violent. It doesn't have to be.

As reported by Stanford Medical, It's really the one and ONLY reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh 19 kilos less than we do.

(And realistically, it is not related to genetics or some secret exercise and really, EVERYTHING to around "how" they are eating.)

P.S, What I said is "HOW", not "WHAT"...
