Roswell Christmas Market and Bulloch Mansion

This Thanksgiving Break, we decided to stay close to home.  We are just plain tuckered out from our school routine and sports. We did manage to do a few fun things, though, including visiting the Roswell Christmas Market and Bulloch Mansion.  The Bulloch Mansion was once the home of Teddy Roosevelt's mother, Martha. The house, built in 1839, was built in the Greek Revival Style. Though Teddy was born and lived in New York, it is well known that Teddy visited Bulloch Mansion as a child. It is also said that Eleanor Roosevelt visited the home.

I honestly don't know much about them except that Teddy was the reason for the National Parks being formed and I do know more about FDR. I do know Elanore was a bit ahead of her time in terms of being a trail blazer. Would be interesting to learn more.
