Christmas Eve
The Stockings are hung, the presents are wrapped, and the children are snuggled in bed. Clarence has gotten his wings (It's a Wonderful Life) and we are ready to celebrate Christmas. Are hearts are full and we are grateful for we are truly blessed. Come let us adore him Oh come let us adore him, we sung at church this evening. My family wishes you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! May 2013 bring you happiness and joy! Cheesecake
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 packages of softened cream cheese
12 crushed graham crackers or 1 package
6 tablespoon of melted butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 large can of fruit topping or fresh fruit.
I medium container 16 ounces of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
In a bowl mix crushed graham cracker and melted butter along with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Then press mixture into your spring form pan. Bake crust for 10 minutes.
In a bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour onto crust and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Should be slightly golden and spring back to the finger touch.
The combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla and pour onto cake and bake for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool for about a 1/2 hour and pour fruit on top. We always have cherry at Christmas! Enjoy!
