As an early Valentines gift, my husband bought me a new vacuum cleaner. Now, I know what you are thinking a "vacuum cleaner". Yes, and this means
love to me. It arrived last night and I was so excited for its arrival that I promptly took it out of the box and began vacuuming. I have wanted a Miele for years; however, it was never really in our budget. This baby is going to make my life so much easier because now I don't have to sweep up all the fallen food on the floor under the kitchen table and the dust before moping. Yahoo! Some may want flowers, but I wanted something that was going to make my life easier.

I liked the way you took the picture--it could be an ad from an earlier time frame (except that the vacuum is more modern). The pattern on your rug looks lovely.:>)
My boyfriend got me a paper trimmer/guillotine one year for Valentine's... my friends thought it was weird...I loved it!
The b/w seems to make the expression warm and loving too...in a kind of sweet and sincere, nostalgic way!
