Kinderfest 08

Today, Harris participated in Kinderfest. It is a festival for the children of this region. It takes place every three years. All of the classes participate by performing a dance. Some of the dances are pretty good. The children all wear matching outfits. They also have the typical booths of Bratwurst, drinks, ice cream, etc. The only thing that was missing was the inflatables. My 6-year-old was a little bored. However, he was appeased by the ice cream and cotton candy. Despite coming home with a sunburn and my pockets empty. I think Kinderfest is a pretty good idea. It gives children a sense of community and pride.
