Trunk or Treat 21

As per our yearly tradition, the children, Frank, and I participated in the Church's annual Trunk or Treat and Chili Cookout!  Sadly, my phone died just after arriving and I didn't get many photos.  The children had a blast.  The bishop had the best chili in my opinion.  I love a good white chili.  I wish my kids liked it as I would much rather make white chili over the traditional standard chili.  Addy invited a friend this year, a neighbor girl named Rachel.  Sadly, Ivy would not let me take a picture of her in her costume.  I am not sure why as she choose her costume herself.  Even begging from her nana would not get her to change her mind.
