Skiing 2020

We have a long-standing tradition that when the children become 8 years old we take them to Utah to learn how to ski.  Last year, the girls turned 8, but we felt that they were not ready to learn.  Despite all the restrictions and spikes in the virus, we felt that we could still do this trip successfully.  Outside of flying we have been pretty careful.  The children are having a blast and we were right in that they are ready to ski! I do have to stay it has been a little bit limiting in that much of what we normally do is not available because of needing to sign up in advance or being sold out; however, maybe that is a good thing because we are able to spend time with one another and not run from one activity or another.  The girls have really enjoyed seeing their brother, where he lives, and where he goes to school.  We still have another week before we go home, but I am so glad we made the trip.  Let's just cross our fingers that no one gets sick. I will apologize in advance this is going to be a photobomb.  I just time have the time or energy to break this into several posts.

Skiing is fantastic! In my homeland children learn to ski at the age of 3 or 4. Usually start with cross country before down hill. Remember I went to ski school with lots of children (to learn techniques) at 4.
Dearest Kelleyn,
Happy for you to have the family more complete for a brief time of the year...
Hugs and enjoy!

It looks like you guys are having a grand time. Me, I have a talent for falling on ice and snow - two broken wrists spaced 50+ years apart to prove it - so I will thank you for letting me share your fun vicariously.
Have a wonderful 2021~

As I am looking at your photos, your kids probably don't feel like they lacked anything1 It's neat that they could see where their brother lived! Don't worry, I don't think this is a photo bomb, lol! Great images for All Seasons Kelleyn, and challenging because the background is white!
Hope your Christmas did not disappoint, and wishing you all the Best for the 2021. That it may be a year easier on all of us, Jesh
