Addy and Her Great Grandpa










My  Grandpa is here this week visiting from Washington.  He was so excited to see his great grandchildren.  While the boys were in school we took a drive up to the mountains and were blessed with an Autumn show.    So gorgeous!  I am so thankful to have the opportunity to spend the next few days with my grandpa because at 83 years old you just don't know how much longer he will be around especially since he had a heart attack in July. Love you Grandpa!

What a blessing! I had my grandmother until a few years ago. She lived to be 100. My kids knew her, it is so special to me that they did.
In terms of being close to your brothers, my advice is to create times where the children have fun together when they are young. Lots of laughter and joy, and the rest will happen naturally.

What an opportunity to still have a grandpa alive and for your kids to know him. Certainly a blessing and I hope he is around for many more years!

What a wonderful portrait you got there for the kids to see again and again as they grow older. Grandparents are special!Great photos!

Kelleyn, I love these pictures. I have a grandma and grandpa living still and we try to see them as much as possible too. They live up north in Santa Rosa a couple of hours away. I can't imagine my life without my grandma especially, we are so close nad I love to see the children growing to love them just as much.

Oh, that walk looks sooooo nice, I would love to have taken the buggy and walked that trail in the forest!!
