Word has it that Winston is having a fantastic time in Germany. He loves all the attention that he is getting with his father and grandparents. He started school two days after arriving in Germany and has been doing really well. Just from talking to him on the phone I can really tell how much his German has improved. By the end of the summer, I know his German is going to be better than mine. I am excited. Oma was also able to arrange for him to get on the local soccer team. It turns out he really loves this sport and told his papa that he likes it better than Karate. He has also made some new friends Noah and Nickoli. They are both coming over this afternoon to help him celebrate his 9th birthday. Last week, he went to the Frankfurt Zoo and yesterday after going to the train museum they went to a small animal park not to farm from his Oma's house.
