Moving Up Purple Advanced Belt

Hello!  How are you?  I hope you had a lovely weekend.  We had a really nice weekend despite it being really chilly.  On Friday after school, the girl's friends came over for a bit and they created some short videos.  They are so creative.  Then on Saturday the girls tested up and achieved their purple advanced belt in karate.  Afterward, the girls worked on their Valentine's Boxes for school and played with Liliana and Milena in the afternoon.  Roman spent the weekend playing video games in his room.  I can't believe he is going to be 15 this week.  Crazy!  On Sunday, we went to church where we had some wonderful speakers.  Then we had the missionaries over for some hamburgers with homemade brioche buns and onion rings.  Yummy!  I have been trying to make more of an effort to cook from scratch as I had kind of forgotten how much I really enjoy cooking.  The onion rings and the buns were a major hit! The missionaries helped us talk to Ivy about baptism as she will be getting baptized in April.  Then I watched a really cute movie called Marry Me!  A total rom-com but who cares as it is fun to just watch something lighthearted once in a while.  Overall it was a fantastic weekend.  I can't complain.  I was also able to get Winston's housing all worked out for fall at college.  Now, I just need to get the girl's passports sorted out or we won't be going anywhere this summer.  I hope you have a great week.
