Growing Up!

 It is hard to believe that this baby of mine is going to be 8 in a matter of weeks.  Where has the time gone?  It seems like yesterday, that I boarded a plane for China and she became a part of our family.  That was almost 6 years ago.  Soon she will be getting baptized and start piano lessons.  She is so excited.  Another part of becoming 8 is that you get to get your ears pierced.  The girls and I went shopping with their friends and there was an ear-piercing place in the mall.  I decided that since she was going to be 8 in a few weeks she could go ahead and get them pierced. This is also a perk of being the baby.  She was thrilled.  We also went to lunch at California Pizza Kitchen.  It was a great day!
