Ice cream with Friends!

Hello! How are you? I hope you are all doing well. Today we are just kicking it back here at the apartment. We had a really busy weekend and it feels good to just have nothing to do. I spent some time this morning deep-cleaning the apartment. It needs a little attention. We are also watching a Chinese cartoon called Over the Moon. We may go to the park after dinner since the weather is so nice. It seems a shame not to go outside when the weather is so nice.  It’s actually not too hot today. I am going to make a dish called Gruner sauce for dinner. I have been craving it for a few days. It’s eggs in a cream sauce. I know it sounds gross, but it is so good. It is served over boiled potatoes. Yum! Anyway, last week we went for ice cream with some friends. It was so much fun! Lisa and her family are so nice. Well, I better go! Have a great day!
