School started back a little later this year, so Harris and 4 of his friends traveled to Maui over the holiday break. They had a blast! They went cave exploring, to the road to Hana, went swimming, and ate really good food. What more can you ask for in life!

About your questions: it is the harbor of Santa Barbara. The very W-coast of Southern California. Great for college age people, but I don't have any idea if they have things to do for little kids like you have.
Do I like Texas? ... am not sure ... the hot summer in Covid-mode and soon after that the election mess, has been in the foreground for me.
Also, in the house we kept running into extensive leaks(like having to take apart everything and replace with new wood to repair the damage), which Hubs is finally finished with now. So, we haven't gone out much.
One thing I do know, it's as a stranger easier to relate to people than in California. They take the time.
