Corner View 'ME"

1) When I go abroad, I like to bring home new food items. On my recent trip to Seattle I fell in love with was Vosges- Mo's Chocolate Bacon Bar. Who would have thought that chocolate and bacon could taste so wonderful?
2) Before each trip I go on I make a bucket list of places I would like to visit and eat at, but I am happy when I find something I did not plan to find.
3) In high school, I swam on the swim team.
4) My husband use to play hockey professionally in Germany.
5) My oldest child on his free time studies how to make things. The other day I found him studying how to make a Tesla Coil.

6) I am trying to learn how to get off auto shoot on my camera, and recently bought Photoshop.
7) I Loves that I have freckles.
8) Feels very blessed.

And congrats on Photoshop too - I have Photoshop Elements which is a small version... I use it for my templates, but I'm still the biggest weenie ever for anything else. Be brave and don't let it hold you back!

Beautiful you!
My daughter wishes she had more freckles so she could be like her dad. Her cousin has freckles only on her knees. She names them. Sorry .... We've had a lot of freckle discussions this week!

Do you know of Me Ra Koh? She is an amazing and inspiring Seattle area photographer. Anyway, I highly recommend her Refuse to Say Cheese DVDs to anyone looking to get their camera off auto! I have a lot to learn still, but her DVDs gave my photography skills a huge leap forward. You should check them out!!!! She also has a great blog.

Chocolate and bacon sounds too strange a combination to me, well I don't like bacon very much. Good luck with you photography and editing.

I feel the same about photoshop- we also have the elements and I haven't gotten to know it yet. One of these days- of course by the time I do my main subjects will be all grown up- I'll have to travel to them I guess!
mmmmmbacon and chocolate- I'll have to look for them! We're in the upstate of SC and I've heard there is a bakery that makes chocolate cupcakes wrapped in bacon- but I can't seem to locate exactly where they are....

Gorgeous! And I just realized I missed doing "me" on Corner View. This has been a totally crazy summer. My real estate course has sucked the life out of me! But I passed the final and take the state tomorrow. Wish me luck. And have a blast in Savannah! (or Tybee?)
