Brownies

One Bowl Brownies
3/4 cup of softened or melted butter
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
a pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3/4 cup of flour
1/2 cups of coco (I use Hersey)
In a bowl mix wet ingredients, then slowly add dry. Pour into a greased baking pan,
and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Should be done in the center. You can
also add fun things to the batter such as nuts, chocolate chips, candy bar chunks.
The sky is the limit.

I found this recipe years ago, and since then I can't eat brownies out of the box. I love brownies!

Looks delicious! Whenever I crave something, it always ends up being brownies.

We had Parmesan Ranch Chicken tonight for dinner; it was our first time making it and it was yummy! I posted it on the blog if you were interested.
