The Second Week of March
This week seemed to fly by. Roman went to the eye doctor this week as he needed a new prescription for glasses. Addy performed in the state choral competition. Her school received a perfect score. On top of the track, she had her banquet for basketball. She received the Grizzly Award for her hustle on the court and fantastic attitude. Avery worked on a lesson she was to give at church. She taught about being a Disciple of Christ. She did the talk in partnership with another girl from church, Casey. They did a fabulous job. Ivy attended a birthday party on Saturday for her friend Sophia. They went to an escape room and had a lot of fun. Frank completed his 21st year of teaching at Tech, and I went to the Rheumatologist. I have to go every 6 months. I should be gathering the documents for Avery's passport, but I am too tired. The appointment is on Wednesday. From the beginning photos, you can see spring has come to Atlanta. The magnolias, cherry trees, and pear trees are blooming. It's beautiful! Boy, am I tired! Crazy how the loss of one hour can throw one for a loop. Have a great upcoming week.

First off, your photos of the Japanese Magnolia, cherry and pear blossoms are incredible!
We're getting there at spring time.
Congrats to your husband's 21th anniversary teaching at Tech!
And the girls did well, many things for being proud of.
As for your half year appointment with Rheumatologist, I've dealt for years with Polymyalgia rheumatica after I was almost completely paralyzed in January of 2010. After years of Prednisone it went away.
Wishing you the very best for your health as a Mama of six with so much action going on!!!
Big hugs,
Mariette
