Opel Zoo

Hello!  We have now been here in Germany for a week now and we are starting to find a rhythm for our days.  One of the advantages of maintaining an apartment in Germany is that we have the luxury of not having to rush to get up in the morning and leave our accommodations so that housekeeping can clean the room.  The children haven't quite adjusted to the time change, but we are fine with them sleeping in a little later in the morning. Our days have been filled with friends, family, and exploring.  On Tuesday, we took the children to the Opal Zoo.  We have been to this little zoo before and the children really enjoyed it.  I actually like it better than the larger zoo in Frankfurt. It was a lovely day!  We ended the day with a stop at Mcdonald's. It sounds kind of gross, but for some reason, Mcdonald's is better here in Germany.
