Owl Be Your Valentine and Corner View Famous Actor

I don't know about you, but today's valentines are just not as cute as when we were kids. I kind of detest store-bought valentines except for the convenience of them. When I saw these cute Owl Valentines, I knew Roman and I had to make him for his preschool class. Aren't they just darling? I got this cute idea from Kathrine Marie Photography. This week in Corner View we were asked to pick our favorite Actor. Mine is Colin Firth. I just adore him. He is geeky but charming. I loved him as Mr. Darcy thought he was a little arrogant. Though slightly stuffy in What A Girl Wants Out, I loved when he rocked out with Amanda Bines. My favorite was when he learned how to speak Portuguese to ask his love interest to marry him in Love Actually. Though I haven't seen the movie The Kings Speech. I heard he was amazing in that too. Owl Be Your Valentine any day Colin Firth. I read when he was younger he adored Doris Day. I think she rocks too! Well, it is back to bed for me. I have been suffering with a cold for the last 4 days. Thank goodness for Max and Ruby and Nickelodeon TV which is keeping Roman entertained while I rest.

Love your card! (I just bought a box from the store yesterday -- hanging my head in shame!)

How is the packing coming along? What a job you have taken on, my friend. Will you all be doing the moving as well? Yikes. Good luck to you.

Have to agree with you on that one - he's one of my favourites, as well as French cool guy Vincent Cassel (from Black Swan). I will find out the sex, we just can't not ask for it while lying there...that will be next Friday for ultrasound. Not patient either, but I think we're allowed to be cranky and difficult!
