3 days in Utah
This past week, I spent three days in Utah. Since the middle of November, I have been seeing a doctor in Utah to treat my autoimmune disease. I wanted to visit them in person and take advantage of their anti-inflammatory treatments. I didn't record it, but seeing them in person was great. I followed up on my treatments with a facial. It was glorious—one of the best facials I have ever had.
After visiting my doctor, I spent the rest of my time shopping, visiting the art museum in Springville, the Ice Castles in Midway, and Crater Hot Springs, visiting my son, who attends BYU, and eating at various restaurants. It was a short but much-needed trip. I stayed at the Asher Adams Hotel, one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in!
