3 days in Utah

This past week, I spent three days in Utah. Since the middle of November, I have been seeing a doctor in Utah to treat my auto-immune disease. I wanted to visit them in person and take advantage of some of the anti-inflammatory procedures they offer. I did not record this, but seeing them in person was great. I followed up on my treatments with a facial. It was glorious—one of the best facials I have ever had.

After visiting my doctor, I spent the remainder of my time shopping, visiting the art museum in Springville, the Ice Castles in Midway, Crater Hot Springs, visiting my son, who attends school at BYU, and eating out at various restaurants. It was a short but much-needed trip. I stayed at the Asher Adams Hotel, one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in!
