Sunny Days

When the weather forecast predicts cold weather for the upcoming week, you don't waste a beautiful sunny day sitting inside.  After German school and piano lessons we got in the car and drove to the beautiful Gibb Gardens.  Right now the gardens look like a daffodil explosion.  So so beautiful!  We followed the day with dinner at Texas Roadhouse and apparently the children were super hungry because the food disappeared off their plates in a matter of minutes.

The daffodils are a delight to see.

Here they won't turn up until May, just in time to welcome in the tulips.

Such lovely touches of spring! We're still in the deep freeze, here. Your kids are very cute. Cheers!
We also have sunny days here. We couldn't see any snow here. We are still waiting for it...

Daffodils are my favourite flowers. I am slowly trying to get my front lawn to look like a sea of daffodils

Oh my goodness -- I've never seen so many daffodils blooming! We have some that grow wild in the mountains, but not fields like this. Glad you had a sunny day out seeing the spring blooms!
These gardens are so beautiful and what a lovely way to spend a sunny afternoon. I love all the blooms!
